 Ashutosh Giri ’10: Studying the Nanoscale for Macro Impact College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Physics, AU VU Ashutosh Giri ’10, a doctoral candidate at the University of Virginia, is working to make our technology even smaller, faster and better.

Peter Nolan, M.S. ’66, Ph.D. ’74 College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Physics He came to Adelphi to pursue a master’s in applied mathematics. He was almost finished with the degree when he took a theoretical physics course with Anthony Lemos of the Adelphi University Physics Department. One class with Professor Lemos changed everything.
